EMRI announces management change to accelerate growth and development
Herlev, Denmark, 9 June 2023 – EMRI A/S is pleased to announce Morten Novak Bro as new CEO, while long time CEO Claus Nortoft Thomsen will continue as Chief Sales Officer.
Morten Novak Bro, who will assume the role of CEO immediately, brings a wealth of experience in the leadership role. Being the former Chief Operating Officer at EMRI A/S, he has acquired a deep understanding of the business and shown excellent results in driving transformational change. Combined with his passion for continuous innovation, he is an ideal leader to guide EMRI A/S into its next phase of expansion.
Morten Novak Bro will be responsible for securing the company’s growth, focusing on developing the product portfolio, strengthening customer relationships on all levels, and exploring new market opportunities.

Former CEO Claus Nortoft Thomsen has played a pivotal role in the company’s success over the years. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its global footprint and established itself as a trustworthy partner within the industry. Being with the company for more than 20 years, he will bring extensive knowledge of the industry dynamics into the new role as Chief Sales Officer. From there, he will continue to be a key figure for EMRI A/S with his contribution to sales generation and strategic initiatives to support the company’s ambitious plans.
